The legal entity will remain Cold Water Fisheries, doing business as Ocean Trout Canada. With the focus of the company now fully on Atlantic Canada, the re-brand is aimed at acknowledging this orientation and its commitment to premium steelhead production and development of the industry in Atlantic Canada.
Further, the company is focused on developing regional brands for its products grown in the regions. Ocean Trout believes that the quality of fish produced in the Canadian Maritime’s should be promoted accordingly and to this end are trademarking the following brands:
